If the damage appears to have been caused on purpose, it isn’t covered.
You are liable for 10% of the repair or replacement cost for each approved claim.

How To Make A Claim
Three steps to file a claim.

Log in to your account and navigate to your active subscription.

Submit a claim with a brief description and photos of the damage or a police case number for theft or loss.

Our team reviews your claim. Approved claims are processed within 5–7 working days. We’ll confirm next steps: replacement, repair, or resolution.
